GO SWAG SELECT — SALES TERMS Version 2026-09-16 · 16 September 2026 1. Who you are buying from These terms apply to orders placed through Go Swag Select. Your seller is Snow Line Ltd, trading as Go Swag, registered in Scotland under company number SC625939. Our registered office and correspondence address is 16–18 Earl Haig Road, Hillington, Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Scotland, G52 4JU. Contact us about an order, cancellation, return or complaint at hello@goswag.com or on 0800 118 4047. Include your order reference where possible. Contact us before sending goods so we can provide the appropriate return instructions; this does not make a statutory cancellation or remedy subject to our permission. A business customer buys wholly or mainly for a trade, business, craft or profession. A consumer is an individual buying wholly or mainly outside those purposes. Consumer protections below apply whenever you legally qualify as a consumer, regardless of whether you have entered a company name. If you order for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. 2. Your order and our agreement Check the products, quantities, sizes, colours, branding, delivery details and charges before paying. You can edit your selection before submitting it. Saving a basket or design does not reserve stock or place an order. For online orders, our contract is formed when we receive your successful payment and confirm the paid order on your order page. These terms, the product description and your agreed order specification form the contract. Any specific change we agree with you in writing forms part of it. Separate signed agreements for other Go Swag services remain separate. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected undelivered goods and associated charges, unless you choose an agreed alternative. We will not substitute products or materially change your specification or price without your agreement. An obvious pricing error will be raised with you for agreement or cancellation and a refund, rather than charged automatically. 3. Prices and payment Prices are in pounds sterling. Where a catalogue or basket price excludes VAT, it is labelled accordingly. Secure checkout shows the final amount, including applicable VAT, printing and delivery charges, before you authorise payment. Full payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed different payment terms in writing. A saved estimate may change before payment if your selection, stock or available pricing changes. Review the final total before paying. Any later addition or change requires your agreement to the additional price. We do not treat these terms as permission to charge you for unspecified extras. 4. Artwork and approval You must have permission to use and reproduce the logos, images, text and other material you supply. You give us and our production partners permission to use that material to prepare and fulfil your order. Your existing intellectual property remains yours; this permission does not authorise unrelated advertising use. For branded goods, review and explicitly approve the final production proof before production begins. Check spelling, content, dimensions, placement, product choices and any specified print colours. A website preview or saved design is not a substitute for the final production proof. If you need a specific colour match or other critical finish, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what is achievable. Screens and product mock-ups cannot reproduce every material, texture or colour exactly. Only reasonable variations consistent with the agreed specification and applicable quality requirements are acceptable. Proof approval does not excuse defects, incorrect manufacture or our failure to follow that specification. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery; we will confirm those effects before agreeing the change. 5. Production and delivery Online checkout currently supports one UK delivery address. Available delivery options and charges are shown before payment. Any stated production lead time depends on receiving the necessary information and final artwork approval. Tell us before ordering if a particular event or delivery deadline is essential, so we can confirm whether we can meet it. We will follow the delivery timetable agreed for your order. For consumer orders, unless a different period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed. If information or approval is delayed, we will discuss any revised timetable with you. We will tell you about material delays and take reasonable steps to minimise them. Your legal rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unchanged, including any right to end the contract and receive a refund. Supply an accurate delivery address and contact details. If an error you make causes a failed delivery, we will discuss any reasonable redelivery costs before proceeding. Goods remain at our risk until physically received by you or someone you nominate, other than the carrier we arrange. For a consumer who independently appoints a carrier we did not offer, the statutory rules on transfer of risk apply. Ownership passes once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered. 6. Personalised goods: change-of-mind returns We do not accept change-of-mind returns of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including goods printed, embroidered or engraved with your logo, artwork, name or other personalisation. If we deliver those goods in accordance with our contract, a cancelled event, surplus quantity or change of preference does not entitle you to return them for a refund. For consumers, these goods are excluded from the usual distance-selling cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The exclusion concerns the type of goods ordered; it is not a waiver of your rights about faulty goods or our breach of contract, and it is not dependent on production having started. Goods are not automatically personalised just because we order them specially, or because you select a standard size or colour. Eligible unbranded consumer purchases are covered by the cancellation section below. In a mixed order, personalisation of one item does not by itself remove cancellation rights for other eligible items. 7. Requests to change or cancel an order Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. Where you have no statutory cancellation right, a change or cancellation requires our agreement. We will check what can still be stopped or changed and explain any proposed charges before you agree. Production may already be committed, so we cannot promise to stop it. For an agreed cancellation, any amount retained or charged must be lawful and reasonable in the circumstances, reflect losses resulting from the cancellation, and take account of costs saved or recovered and reasonable steps to reduce loss. We will explain the calculation. We do not automatically retain the full payment simply because an order is personalised. This section does not impose charges where you exercise a statutory right to cancel or reject goods. Business customers have no general statutory cooling-off right. Change-of-mind returns of correctly supplied goods, including unbranded goods, are available only if we have expressly agreed them in writing. 8. Consumers: cancelling eligible unbranded goods If you are a consumer buying eligible, non-personalised goods online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time of ordering until 14 days after the day you or your nominated recipient receives them. For an order delivered in separate lots, the period ends 14 days after the day the last lot is received. Where the law extends this period, the extended period applies. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, telephone or post using the details above, before the cancellation period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us. You pay the direct return postage costs for a change-of-mind return. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we bear collection costs unless those costs were disclosed and agreed before purchase. We pay reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For a valid cancellation we refund the price paid for the cancelled goods and, where the whole order is cancelled, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any delivery refund for a partial cancellation will be calculated in accordance with your statutory rights. We do not have to refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery option. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, but only where the law allows. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we agree to collect, or no goods were supplied, the applicable 14-day period runs from notice of cancellation. These rules do not remove any more favourable statutory entitlement. 9. Faults, damage and goods that do not match your order Your goods must meet the agreed description and applicable requirements for quality and fitness for purpose. Customisation does not remove these obligations. Contact us if goods arrive damaged, are faulty, are missing, or do not match the agreed specification. An order reference, description and photographs where practical help us investigate. We do not make statutory remedies conditional on original packaging or a short reporting deadline. For consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides remedies including a short-term right to reject non-conforming goods, normally within 30 days, and rights to repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or final rejection. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and timing. We cover reasonable return costs where required. We cannot require you to accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to. Business customers retain their rights under the contract and applicable law, including the Sale of Goods Act 1979. We will assess the issue against those obligations and agree the appropriate remedy or provide the remedy the law requires. Damage you cause, misuse and fair wear and tear do not themselves establish that the goods were faulty when supplied. 10. Our responsibility and your legal rights Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. For consumers, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Approval of artwork, acceptance of delivery or agreement to these terms does not remove rights which the law protects. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue so far as the law permits. A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive it. Changes to our website terms apply to future orders; they do not retrospectively change an existing contract without lawful agreement. 11. Privacy, complaints and governing law Our privacy notice at https://www.goswag.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these sales terms does not opt you into marketing or optional analytics. Send complaints to hello@goswag.com or our correspondence address above. We will investigate and respond. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, we will provide information about any applicable alternative dispute resolution process and whether we are required or willing to participate. You retain your right to seek a court remedy. These terms are governed by Scots law. For business contracts, the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home part of the UK; these terms do not require a consumer to bring a claim only in Scotland. 12. Model cancellation form Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel an eligible consumer contract. You may instead send any clear cancellation statement. This form does not create a change-of-mind cancellation right for personalised goods. To: Snow Line Ltd trading as Go Swag, 16–18 Earl Haig Road, Hillington, Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Scotland, G52 4JU.
